Sharing & Scheduling
Automated sharing keeps your listings at the top of Poshmark search results and feeds, which leads to more views and sales.
How It Works
When sharing is enabled, Poshwatch automatically shares your Poshmark listings at the times you choose. The more consistently you share, the more visibility your closet gets.
Setting Up Your Schedule
- Open the app and go to Dashboard
- Tap Automation Settings
- Toggle Enable Schedule on
- You’ll see a 24-hour grid showing which hours sharing is active
The Schedule Grid
The schedule grid shows all 24 hours of the day. Each hour can be toggled on or off:
- Highlighted hours — Sharing will happen during these times
- Dimmed hours — No sharing during these times
During onboarding, Poshwatch pre-selects the best times based on what works for top sellers. You can adjust this anytime.
Reset to Recommended
If you want to go back to the default schedule, tap Reset to recommended to restore the optimized sharing times.
Tips
- Share during peak Poshmark hours (mornings and evenings) for the best results
- Consistent daily sharing is more effective than occasional bulk sharing
- You can check the Activity Log to see exactly when shares happened
